DELIVERY

UK Delivery 

Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery after your order is placed.. If you require your items sooner please get in contact and we will do our very best to get it to you on time. 

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail first class service, you will be notified when your order has been dispatched. Larger/heavier items will be sent via courier.

At this moment in time we do not ship outside the UK.

Cancellations

If you would like to amend or cancel you order, please email beehivecandlecompany@gmail.com with your order number.

Please note if your order has already been processed or despatched, it may not be possible to cancel.

If the delivery address you enter is incorrect, we will unfortunately have to charge delivery again to resend your order.

Unfortunately mistypes cannot be rectified after the order has been sent.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Returns
Our fabulous no fuss returns policy lasts 30 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. 

Any personalized orders are non returnable, please check your request carefully before placing your order.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Shipping
To return your product, please mail your product to the returns address supplied on your invoice with your order number included inside, or email beehivecandlecompany@gmail.com for further instruction.

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning unwanted items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £100, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
