Learn the fine art of candle making with The Beehive Candle Company at Normans restaurant in Kirkburton.
Normans is without doubt one of the most exquisite restaurants in the area and beyond. With fine dining and beautifully crafted cuisine, your mouth will certainly be watering when you see the lunch they have in store for you! We are delighted to be working with Oliver and the team in this beautiful venue.
You will be welcomed on arrival with a glass of fizz and we will then start with a brief demonstration whilst you relax.
This class will show you from start to finish how to create your own candle which you will then take home. We explain the differences in each wax we use, the best fragrances you can try, candle containers and temperature control.
Our class is 3 hours long giving you plenty of time to unwind and enjoy delicious food from Normans. More refreshments are available through the afternoon whenever you need them. Oliver and the team will be on hand to look after you.
With many years of experience in the candle making industry, we have started our classes to help you learn the essential skills needed. Claire, the owner of The Beehive Candle Company will give you lots of trade secrets and tips along the way. Our company ethics are based on being natural, eco friendly and vegan.
With every candle workshop you will be given a certificate of completion. Your candle can be given as a beautiful special gift or keep it all to yourself.
Candle making starter kits can be bought on the day of the workshop so you have everything to create more at home. Use it as a hobby or create your very own candle making business.
