Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the returns address supplied on your invoice, or email beehivecandlecompany@gmail.com for further instruction.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Bespoke orders are non refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DELIVERY

UK Delivery 

Please allow 7 days for delivery. If you require your items sooner please get in contact and we will do our very best to get it to you on time. 

Orders will be sent via Royal Mail first class service, you will be notified when your order has been dispatched. Larger/heavier items will be sent via courier.

The Rest of the World

We are happy to offer worldwide delivery, however please get in touch before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  

Please note The Beehive Candle Company does not accept any responsibility for any additional taxes or duties incurred when shipping outside of the UK.  

Any orders placed for delivery outside of the UK without a prearranged shipping quote will be automatically refunded.

Cancellations

If you would like to amend or cancel you order, please email beehivecandlecompany@gmail.com , include your order details and reason.

Please note that if the order has already been processed then it may not be possible to cancel it, but we will always try to help. 

We like to try and reuse as much of our stock packaging as possible, so please excuse our appearance sometimes.

What is inside the box is still the quality product you expect from us. 

Please note that if the delivery address you enter is incorrect and you do not email to rectify the issue, then you will be charged delivery again to send it to the correct address.
